For new graduates, there is a Management Traineeship and a Finance Traineeship available. As a trainee, you will gain as much knowledge of the Pon organization as possible. The idea is that after 20 months, you move on to an exciting position within Pon. From then on, you will climb the career ladder towards a function at management level.

Projects
As a trainee you will work on three assignments within several national and international Pon subsidiaries. The assignments can vary wildly in terms of nature and discipline, depending on your wishes and capabilities.
 
Trainees are expected to find their own assignments, enabling you to determine the direction in which you will develop. We will allocate the first assignment in consultation with you. In addition, you will work at one of our dealer organizations for two months. This will get you close to the roots of the organization and teach you about Pon’s foundations.
 
Evaluation
Each project will be concluded with a personal evaluation. The outcome thereof will be one of the things used as a basis to determine which training and/or courses you can follow to develop your skills. Each trainee has his own budget for this. In addition to these individual courses you will also take part in Pon's own in-house Management Development training programs.
